Exteriors. For the exterior of Koh Samui villas, renovation can frequently mean a simple repaint of the home in the color of your choice. We are used to providing house painting services, and naturally can paint interiors too. Roofing may be a consideration and we can replace broken tiling or even fit a new roof, complete with interior insulation. Many homeowners with older properties wish to install guttering and water collection tanks, as the island becomes ever more conscious of sustainability.

For swimming pools and decking, we can provide everything from fixing pumps, leaks, tiling and so on. We can build a pool from scratch.

Landscaping. Should you wish to concentrate on the surrounds of your property, we can bring in our landscape gardeners to do whatever needs to be done. We believe very much in keeping the area pristine and green and can provide you with a beautiful garden. For example, we can move plants and trees, plant whole new trees and dig out unsightly boulders or simply move them to create green spaces. We can make driveways and access roads, as well as repair them, and ensure that they dovetail with the greenery. We can also check or install any underground cables or pipes that you need.

Plumbing and electricity. We can upgrade wherever needed in your property. This may even extend to a complete overhaul. We ensure that your villa is safe when it comes to electricity, and that for plumbing everything is exactly as it should be. We can beautify both: for example, we can install downlighters that will automatically enhance the vibe of your home, and put in marble Jacuzzis and upgrade baths and sinks.

Staircases. Whether external or internal, we can repair stairs and balustrades, no matter what the material is. We also work extensively with wood, and can repair fixtures or even create them – we are one of relatively few firms that can build a Thai sala from scratch.
